Who we are

PLACECRAFT PARTNERS LTD (company number 17339207) is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our contact and correspondence address is Telford House, Tiverton Street, London, United Kingdom, SE1 6NY; our statutory registered office is the address recorded for the company at Companies House. For this website and our own advisory enquiries, we act as the organisation responsible for deciding how the information you send to us is used.

Our work covers commercial-property and retail-park strategy, placemaking, opportunity and requirement matching, operator and occupier sourcing, brand expansion, and controlled professional introductions. A separate written appointment may set out additional responsibilities for a particular engagement.

Information we receive

We receive the details you choose to provide when you contact us: through the website enquiry form, by email to contact@theplacecraft.com, or by WhatsApp message to +44 7304 055011. That typically includes your name, work contact details, job title, organisation, profile, project or requirement information and preferences. Please do not send special-category personal data or information about another person unless you have a proper reason and authority to do so.

Enquiry form submissions are sent by email to our enquiry mailbox and are not stored in a website database. The website does not accept file uploads; where supporting documents are relevant, we agree a secure way to share them when we reply. WhatsApp messages are delivered through WhatsApp's own service and are subject to its privacy terms.

Why we use information and the lawful basis

Information you send through the enquiry form, by email or by WhatsApp is used only to respond to and manage that enquiry: to reply, assess a potential brief, manage an authorised professional introduction, or take steps you have requested before a separate written appointment. This is not based on consent, and contacting us never adds you to any marketing list.

Optional market intelligence is a separate purpose. It will only be sent where you actively opt in, with that choice recorded separately from the enquiry itself. You can withdraw that choice at any time.

Confidential briefs, introductions and sharing

We treat confidential locations, ownership details, financial information and uploaded materials as confidential commercial information. We do not publish them on this website. If a brief is suitable for an introduction, information will be shared only through an authorised process and at the level permitted by the relevant client or contributor.

The parties responsible for personal data in an introduction can differ depending on the appointment and the parties involved. Those roles and any permitted disclosure will be confirmed before a production introduction is made; this site does not assume a joint-controller arrangement by default.

Service providers and international transfers

This website is hosted and delivered through Lovable's hosting platform, and enquiry form submissions are delivered by email through Lovable's managed email service to our enquiry mailbox at contact@theplacecraft.com. Email you send directly, and WhatsApp messages, are handled by our email provider and by WhatsApp respectively under their own terms.

We do not operate a customer database, CRM, file-storage system or analytics platform for this website. Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the transfer safeguards offered by that provider. We will update this section before introducing any further provider.

Retention and security

Enquiry emails are retained only for as long as they are needed for the relevant enquiry, appointment, legal obligation or dispute, and are reviewed periodically so that correspondence which no longer serves a purpose is deleted. Nothing submitted through this website is stored in a website database.

The website is served over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are validated on the server, protected against automated abuse and escaped before being rendered in the notification email. The website does not accept file uploads; where supporting documents are relevant we agree a secure route when we reply.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data, restriction or objection to a use, and portability where relevant. You may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

To exercise a right, email contact@theplacecraft.com or use the contact page, identifying the nature of your request.
