About PLACECRAFT

This website is operated by PLACECRAFT PARTNERS LTD, company number 17339207, registered in England and Wales. Our contact and correspondence address is Telford House, Tiverton Street, London, United Kingdom, SE1 6NY; our statutory registered office is the address recorded for the company at Companies House.

PLACECRAFT provides commercial-property and retail-park strategy, placemaking, market and feasibility work, opportunity and requirement matching, operator and occupier sourcing, brand expansion support and controlled professional introductions. A written appointment is required before advisory work is undertaken.

Website content

Content is provided for general commercial information. It may be changed, withdrawn or corrected without notice. References to sectors, markets, operators, formats or opportunities are not a promise that a particular asset, party, service or outcome is available.

Views and commentary are not financial, investment, tax, legal, planning, valuation, building-surveying or other regulated professional advice. You should take advice from appropriately appointed professionals before making a decision.

Submission Terms

By sending a brief, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information and any attached material for the purpose described in your enquiry. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for obtaining any necessary permission from owners, employers, clients, operators or other people whose information or documents you provide.

A submission is not an instruction, offer, acceptance, agency appointment, valuation, investment recommendation or commitment by PLACECRAFT. It does not create a duty to publish, circulate, introduce, negotiate, secure funding, arrange a transaction or accept an appointment.

We may decide not to progress a brief, may ask for further information, or may require a separate confidentiality agreement or written appointment before sharing information or making an introduction. Confidential material is not published by default and will only be shared through an authorised process.

Do not send passwords, bank details, identity documents, special-category personal data, malware, unlawful content or material you are not entitled to disclose. The website does not accept file uploads; submissions are delivered to our enquiry mailbox by email, and a secure route for supporting documents is agreed when we reply.

Introductions and appointments

Where an introduction is agreed, each party remains responsible for its own due diligence, negotiations, professional advice and contractual decisions. PLACECRAFT does not bind a client or counterparty and does not warrant the conduct, solvency, authority, suitability or performance of an introduced party.

The scope, fees, payment responsibility, conflicts process, confidentiality arrangements and any role in an introduction must be set out in a separate written appointment. No fee, commission, referral arrangement or dual-side role is created by use of this website alone.

Intellectual property

The PLACECRAFT name, wordmark, site design, copy and original materials belong to PLACECRAFT PARTNERS LTD or its licensors. You may view the site for your own commercial evaluation, but may not reproduce, scrape, republish or commercially exploit its materials without permission.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, PLACECRAFT is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general website content, an unavailable opportunity, an uncompleted introduction or an action taken without a written appointment and appropriate professional advice.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you are not excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the website and operating model develop. The version published on this page applies to use of the site from its stated update date, subject to any separate written appointment.

Language

This website may provide translations for convenience.

The English-language version is the governing version of these website terms and notices. If there is any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
